About our land:

Located in the lungs of Funchal in the parish of S.Gonçalo, it is over the city and with a privileged view of the bay.

The Levada da Serra do Faial, one of the most beautiful Levadas in Madeira, surrounds the entire front of the land, at a distance of about 900 meters, to the right of the land is the Caminho Real, one of the oldest paths in Madeira.

The land is next to Quinta do Pico do Infante.

All eucalyptus trees were removed from the land and 14,000 new indigenous trees were planted in Madeira, such as oaks, chestnut trees, laurels, etc.

Roads were opened in the land and a magnificent entrance was made.
